We offer no gap kids’ check-up and clean visits. No health insurance? Then it’s just $65 or less for very young children.

Get all the information you need on becoming a new patient at Green Door Dental, including
Children’s dental needs change depending on their age. And before milk teeth fall out and adult teeth come through, long-lasting dental treatments can be less effective. However, children can benefit from dental crowns in some circumstances.
For example, some children have a condition called enamel hyperplasia. That means their back teeth don’t harden properly. Temporary crowns can be a good solution in these cases.
Your dentist in Moss Vale or Gregory Hills will be able to tell you exactly what your child needs to ensure great dental health for life.
At Green Door Dental we offer no gap check-up and cleans for all kids under 12 with a health fund.
And you may be eligible for the Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS), which is a government program that helps parents pay for kids’ dental care. It’s managed by Medicare.
If you receive other benefits, you could be eligible for $1000 over two years for a range of essential dental services.
Your children may be eligible if:
— They're between 2-17 years old
— They qualify for Medicare
— You receive Family Tax Benefit and you receive either Family Tax Benefit Part A, Parenting payment or Double Orphan Pension payments
If you’re not sure about eligibility, you can contact Medicare to find out.
The way the CDBS works is you will be asked to pay the treatment fee at the time of the appointment. You will then claim your rebate directly from Medicare.
Simply, submit your claim in one of three ways:
— Log into your Medicare online account (via myGov)
— Use the Express Plus Medicare mobile app
— Fill in a Medicare claim form
Once it has been processed, Medicare will pay the refund directly into your nominated bank account.
