Our Policy on Cancellations & Failure to Attend
Our team at Green Door Dental strives to give our patients excellent dental care. We try our best to respect your time and in return ask that you respect ours. Short notice cancellations, failure to attend and arriving more than 10 minutes late disrupts other patients and our team. Due to our high demand for appointments we ask you to comply with the following.
- Please advise us as soon as possible if you need to rearrange an appointment so that we can offer your time to someone who is in urgent need of dental care.
- First occurrence in failing to attend, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments with MORE than 24 hours notice is fine and we will accommodate as we understand situations can happen and we will NOT request a cancellation fee.
- For second and subsequent appointments failing to attend, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments with LESS than 24 hours’ notice may incur a deposit of $80 to reserve a further appointment which will be taken off your cost of treatment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $80 short notice cancellation fee at the discretion of management.
Green Door Dental reserve the right to request patients who continually cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend, arrive late or are rude to source another dental provider.
